Full Refund:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
50% Refund:
Cancellations made 1 to 13 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
