Quick Workflow

  1. Check PTO Balance

    • Review your current PTO hours in Workforce or on your latest paystub.

  2. Submit PTO Request

    • Log in to Workforce → More → Time Off → Plus (+) → Select Paid Time Off.

    • Choose date(s) and hours. Add notes if desired.

    • Submit for approval.

  3. Cancel PTO (if needed)

    • Go to Time Off → Select PTO request → Three dots (⋯) → Cancel Request.

    • Hours return to your PTO balance automatically.

  4. Track Usage

    • Regularly monitor your balance in Workforce to plan future PTO.

Purpose

The purpose of this Paid Time Off (PTO) policy is to clearly outline how employees of Dawn’s Time LLC earn, track, and use PTO. This ensures fair and consistent time-off practices, supports employee well-being, and provides a transparent process for requesting, approving, and managing paid time off.

When this Applies

This policy applies to all employees of Dawn’s Time LLC who are eligible to accrue and use PTO. It governs all situations in which employees request, use, or cancel paid time off, as well as how PTO balances are tracked and reflected in payroll and Workforce.
