We limit our hikes to areas with reliable cell coverage to maintain communication at all times, but if you have a preferred trail, let us know!

How far in advance do I need to book a ride?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. Short-notice requests are possible but may be subject to higher rates.
Are pets allowed in vehicles?
Yes! Please notify us in advance so we can prepare your vehicle and bring any necessary pet accommodations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No, gratuity is not included. Drivers can accept cash, or if you would like to add a tip to an invoice or create a separate invoice for gratuity, let us know!
Do you provide car seats or booster seats?
No. If you’re booking a DIA round trip, we are happy to secure your car seat or booster seat until your return trip. The driver will bring it with them when they pick you up.
Are rides available late at night or early morning?
Yes, we offer pickups 24/7. Late-night or early-morning rides may have a small additional fee.

Do you offer in-home pet sitting or only visits?
We offer both in-home pet sitting, overnight, and scheduled drop-ins. We pride ourselves in customizing our pet care services to your pet(‘s) routines and needs.
How do you handle pets with special needs or medications?
Our staff is trained to administer medications and follow special care instructions. Please provide full details in the Pet Profile & Permission to Treat form prior to your service.
Do you provide updates or photos during visits?
Yes, we remain in contact and provide text updates with photos so you can check in while away.
