Purpose

Every event should be completed in the Kickserv mobile app as soon as the service has been finished. Jobs should only be completed after all events for that job have been completed.

Following this process ensures our office has everything needed to invoice customers, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service. Completing events and jobs consistently helps our entire team stay efficient and prevents delays or missing information.

When this Applies

Each time a task for a client has been completed.
