The purpose of this SOP is to ensure all transportation services provided by Dawn’s Time LLC are safe, timely, and professional. It establishes consistent procedures for job assignment, vehicle preparation, client communication, and on-road conduct to maximize client satisfaction, maintain vehicle integrity, and protect both staff and passengers.
When this Applies
This SOP applies to all employees whenever they are assigned to transport clients, including airport pickups and drop-offs, local errands, special event trips, or any situation requiring the use of company vehicles. It covers preparation before the drive, execution of the transport, and post-drive responsibilities, including vehicle care and documentation.
