When this Applies
This SOP applies whenever pets require daily care, including feeding, watering, exercise, and grooming. It also applies during any medical care, behavioral observation, cleaning of living spaces, or transportation of pets. Staff should follow this procedure in all situations where proper care, safety, and hygiene of pets must be ensured.
