  1. In the Workforce app, select the duration toggle.
  2. Select date of assigned job in Kickserv.
  3. Enter duration (# of hours)
  4. Enter:
    1. Customer
    2. Billable (Y/N)
    3. Service provided
    4. Notes must contain job # for every entry
